About The Position

Digital Supplier Experience Analyst We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters. In this position... Ford’s Supplier Technologies team is developing a groundbreaking new application: the Contact Management Tool (CMT). Currently, supplier contact information is fragmented across more than 80 disparate legacy systems. This fragmentation results in duplicated effort, inconsistent records, and delayed operational decision-making—creating immense process waste. As a Digital Supplier Experience Analyst, your primary focus will be guiding the creation of CMT as a centralized, single source of truth, though you will also act as a versatile champion for Ford's broader digital supplier experience. You will drive immense business value and lean process optimization by delivering: Waste Reduction: Establishing CMT as the master data source, transitioning legacy systems to "display-only" for contacts, and eliminating the time spent reconciling conflicting records. Efficiency: Creating a single-entry point that significantly reduces supplier burden and streamlines workflows. Accuracy & Reliability: Eliminating the dependency on manual tracking to ensure pristine data for rapid communication during supply chain emergencies. Ultimately, your goal is to dramatically improve the supplier experience, ensuring Ford remains the customer of choice.

  • Knowledge of database structures and cloud-based architecture (such as Google Cloud Platform / GCP).
