Well, look no further! goodr is calling all flaminglets — yes, that’s a baby flamingo — for our 2026 Summer Internship Program! At goodr, we show up unabashedly ourselves, own our sht, and get things done. And we want our interns to do the same. Join us for a 10-week adventure from June 15th, 2026 - August 21st, 2026. Did someone say bragging rights? OH YES WE DID. This full-time, paid internship gives you real-world experience, flamingo-level fun, and skills you can take into any future career. Do you live online? Can you spend hours optimizing a website or dreaming up ways to make digital content pop? As the Digital Strategy & Experience Intern, you’ll dig through customer journeys, sniff out UX issues, test hypotheses, and uncover insights that make our digital channels stronger. You’ll support big initiatives from SEO x AI strategy to loyalty program upgrades and help translate research into pilots, prototypes, and improvements across the site. Requirements

  • Available to work full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Committed to the full 10-week internship: June 15, 2026 - August 21, 2026
  • Able to work onsite at our Inglewood, CA office
  • Must reside in Los Angeles or the surrounding area for the duration of the internship
  • Fully onsite for the first 30 days to help us get to know you in person
  • After the first 30 days, onsite every Tuesday and Thursday
  • No college degree or prior experience needed—just a passion for learning and jumping into the flamingo-filled chaos of goodr

Nice To Haves

  • Interested in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics
  • Has basic understanding of Shopify
  • Curious about SEO, AI, loyalty programs, and online consumer behavior
  • Familiarity with website management tools, Klaviyo, or other digital marketing platforms is a PLUS
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Major brownie points if you have AI experience
  • Expert researcher who is consumer obsessed
  • Experience or interest in analytics tools will be helpful
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically while maintaining attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and independently on projects

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce while learning how a fast-paced sports eyewear company operates day-to-day
  • Support key digital strategy initiatives (SKU diversification, SEO & AI readiness, loyalty improvements, influencer/athlete integration) through research, analysis, and concepting
  • Conduct UX testing and light user research to identify experience gaps, validate ideas, and inform site and content optimizations
  • Analyze customer behavior, funnels, and KPIs to surface insights, opportunities, and experiment recommendations
  • Help build and refine digital dashboards and reporting frameworks that operationalize insights across teams
  • Collaborate with the Experience Research Lead and cross-functional partners to turn insights into actionable tests, pilots, and digital innovations
  • This role is in the Ecommerce team and will report directly to the Director of Ecommerce
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
