In this position, you will be responsible for following up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner, learning about their backgrounds, product service offerings, and overall objectives. You will act as an adviser or partner rather than a salesperson, maintaining awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions. The role also involves upselling accounts by making recommendations regarding website design and online marketing strategies, developing proposals, preparing contracts, and creating detailed scopes of work that provide clear, actionable strategies for our teams. You will oversee the proper implementation and hand-off of clients from sales to production teams and project managers, ensuring that client requests for proposals or other information are responded to in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you will attend sales meetings and training sessions, providing updates to management using company-supplied sales forecast and tracking programs. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a self-motivated, professional, and positive approach to work.
