As a Digital Strategist on our Marketing Operations team, you won't just manage content on websites—you'll shape digital experiences that directly impact lives. You will review and enhance owned digital properties - focusing on conversion optimization, user experience and content development. This job will primarily be remote, with the expectation that you come to Omaha campus once a month for the marketing all-staff meeting and a bi-weekly digital experience team meeting. You must live in Nebraska or Iowa (so you must be willing to relocate if you currently live in another state).

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience in user experience design, digital marketing, content strategy or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to sell ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Strong editing and copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of web usability concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment, initiative and follow-through.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work with minimal guidance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in healthcare.
  • Experience conducting content audits and evaluating content.
  • Experience running usability tests.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, public relations or related field.
  • Proficient using Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Google Optimize or other alpha/beta testing software.
  • Accessibility knowledge.
  • Experience with Drupal and WordPress.
