The Digital Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance client visibility, engagement, and growth. This role involves leveraging market research, data analysis, and innovative digital solutions to drive and improve performance for FindLaw’s clients. The Digital Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client’s business goals to maximize performance and retention opportunities.

  • Work directly with internal and external clients to develop holistic strategic plans to optimize digital presence and drive performance for FindLaw customers.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with content, project management, and design teams to implement effective digital strategies for law firms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance across SEO, local, social media, content, and other digital channels.
  • Use analytics to track performance, measure success, and refine strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to improve digital performance.
  • Manage website performance by tracking key metrics such as impressions, organic traffic growth, conversion rates, customer and revenue retention.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of digital trends and emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
  • Identify and remediate on and off-site performance issues for existing and upgrading clients.
  • Uphold FindLaw’s Digital Marketing fulfillment quality standards.
  • Significant knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategy, including SEO, local search, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress.
  • A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and technologies, including AI.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Spanish language proficiency favored.
