About The Position

Riveron supports public and private companies in enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of their financial reporting processes. We assess current processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement tools and automation to streamline routine tasks—enabling accounting teams to focus on more strategic, high-value contributions to the business. The Digital Solutions Manager will lead and manage financial reporting automation and process improvement projects—driving efficient, compliant reporting solutions through technology-enabled implementations, best practice advisory, and strong client collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA Certification highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, including SEC reporting and statutory reporting, with a proven track record of project management in these areas, including a mix of public accounting, consulting, or industry accounting experience.
  • Experience managing financial reporting automation projects through technology implementation and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, crafting customized solutions for our clients that meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Workiva implementations and optimizations within the Financial Reporting solution. This experience may be in a consulting role and/or in partnership with Workiva.
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage and deliver on complex engagements.
  • Able to work as part of a team or be an individual contributor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in navigating and managing client relationships, building trust, and establishing credibility as an advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and project manage financial reporting automation projects, including Workiva implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute financial reporting process improvement roadmaps, assessing current reporting environment, and advising on best practices for streamlining and automating the reporting process.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients at the project team level, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment on project status and deliverables.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for integrity, professionalism, and client service, and fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence in every aspect of our practice.
