As the Digital & Social Manager on Dulcolax, you will work with brands and agencies to develop best-in-class digital and social programs designed to deliver goals based on a holistic consumer experience plan. This will include leading social and influencer strategy, content strategy, managing project timelines and setting benchmarks to measure success. The role reports to the Director to ensure connectivity to the brand’s broader experience plan, jobs to be done and content strategies. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in driving successful consumer social campaigns across all platforms and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. The right candidate will also have a deep understanding of the evolving social media landscape and will help create a social vision for Dulcolax. This candidate will be able to work fast, manage multiple priorities, take ownership and be a team player with an ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams. We’re looking for someone that gets the modern digital customer, not only how they consume digital and social content and experiences but also knows what’s important to them and why.
