About The Position

Join SC State Credit Union as a Digital Services Specialist and play a key role in the day-to-day operation and improvement of our digital banking services. This position focuses on supporting and enhancing online and mobile banking, digital payments, and account opening services to ensure a seamless and reliable experience for our members. In this role, you'll work closely with operations, IT, vendors, and member-facing teams to troubleshoot issues, support system updates, and improve digital service performance and adoption. This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working across teams, and delivering a strong member experience through digital channels. As a Digital Services Specialist at SC State Credit Union, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation and performance of our digital banking platforms. You'll monitor system activity, identify and resolve issues, and ensure digital services such as online banking, mobile banking, transfers, payments, and account opening function smoothly for both members and staff. Maintaining awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, system performance, member feedback, and operational processes will be essential to your success as you help ensure our digital services remain relevant, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with member needs.

Nice To Haves
