The program manager will lead initiatives within the Enterprise Digital Marketing Strategy team at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on the strategic direction of cat.com and managing lead generation activities. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, analyzing project performance, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy to drive progress and innovation.

  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the enterprise including engineering, brand, and business unit partners.
  • Identify dependencies within the team and across the enterprise to inform roadmaps and project plans.
  • Engage and inform stakeholders of program progress, status, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Link tactical plans to the overall strategic plan to demonstrate value and necessity.
  • Use data to analyze and measure project performance and success.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track.
  • 6+ years' experience as a digital marketer or digital technology program manager.
  • Moderate to expert level expertise on marketing technologies, marketing data, and digital marketing acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately across all levels of a matrixed organization.
