The Digital Products Consultant for Toyota’s Marketing Operations team plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the best-in-class digital shopping journey. This role drives the development and execution of innovative digital marketing communication strategies, aligning key MyToyota/Owners initiatives. The Digital Products Consultant role works with Senior Analysts/Product Owners across Toyota.com to create synergy leading to best-in-class shopping and ownership journeys that are intuitive and frictionless for Toyota customers. This role also functions cross-brand with Lexus to share our product vision. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Products Consultant acts as a lead product owner and thought leader in digital trends as well as an overseer of the overall landscape of the online experience, collaborating closely with technology partners and stakeholders to anticipate future needs and define key priorities. This role will drive direction for our AEM cloud migration as well as ensuring the successful, on-time delivery of projects within budget while driving digital innovation. By enhancing the online shopping journey and customer communication about Toyota’s products and services, the Digital Products Consultant strengthens Toyota’s competitive advantage and supports TMNA and Dealers in selling more vehicles.
