About The Position
Dillard's is seeking a Digital Production Associate. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have an eye for detail. In this role, you will have data entry responsibilities and will need to produce accurate results. Effective and clear communication along with a good assessment of workday priorities will be essential to your success. Details are of paramount importance in this job. You must be extremely organized, proficient in spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and have strong computer skills. Those successful in this role have a passion for fashion and retail. THE TEAM The Digital Production Associate is on our Internet Sales team which is responsible for the publishing of merchandise on Dillards.com. We ensure that each piece of merchandise is accurately described in great detail. Additionally, any images that represent the merchandise must be correctly formatted and accurately portray what the customer expects to receive. We also attribute the merchandise with descriptive keywords and facets, providing the customer with a user-friendly experience. Digital Production Associates are crucial to this team's success in providing our customers with a pleasant online shopping experience.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- Background in retail, fashion, or business; eCommerce environment experience preferred
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Passionate about fashion, retail, and the latest trends
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with social media content creation
- Certifications such as SEO/GEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads
