You will be the central hub for all things mobile, responsible for creating a cohesive, engaging, and best-in-class app ecosystem. As Digital Product Manager at Sporting Kansas City, you’ll lead the Mobile App experience used by our fans, and drive retention through our loyalty program. You’ll own the end-to-end mobile platform—driving engagement, cross-selling, and retention across products like ticketing, retail and game day experiences. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be working closely with design, IT, analytics, and brand, you’ll deliver a cohesive mobile experience through unified navigation, design systems, and cross-vertical feature integration that fuels growth, knowledge of our fans, and revenue. You will also rebuild the current loyalty program.
