Job Description GENERAL PURPOSE The MillerKnoll Technology team is building a customer-centric, digitally enabled business model to reshape the way our family of brands does business. We’re creating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions across our platforms, and we need a Digital Product Manager focused on Product Information Management (PIM) to help enable our B2B and Dealer channels. As the Digital Product Manager for the B2B/Dealer channel within our enterprise PIM platform, you will own the channel roadmap and backlog, partnering closely with business leaders and delivery teams to capture needs, lead discovery, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive those requirements through delivery, rollout, and adoption. We are looking for a strategic, highly collaborative product leader with a strong understanding of the B2B ecosystem and dealer network, as well as product data, master data concepts, and system integrations. You will work with architecture, engineering, and data governance partners to ensure solutions are scalable across the enterprise while delivering measurable improvements for dealer users—such as faster item setup, higher data quality, and more reliable downstream integrations.
