About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to own product-led growth outcomes for AquaTru. This role is responsible for defining and executing the ecommerce growth roadmap, driving experimentation, monitoring MarTech and growth app integrations, and improving conversion, monetization, and attribution across the customer journey. This role owns growth strategy, experimentation, prioritization, and business outcomes, working in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Growth PM, or Ecommerce Growth Lead
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify from a product and growth perspective
  • Strong data-driven mindset with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-consideration D2C or subscription-based products
  • Familiarity with experimentation, personalization, and CRO tools
  • Background in product analytics or growth strategy
  • Experience scaling multi-brand ecommerce products in a structured, enterprise environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the product growth roadmap for AquaTru, with a focus on conversion rate, revenue per visitor, AOV, and customer experience
  • Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear product hypotheses and growth initiatives
  • Identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across PDPs, PLPs, merchandising, bundles, pricing, promotions, and checkout
  • Lead a structured experimentation and A/B testing program across both brand experiences on Shopify
  • Define test hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas
  • Analyze experiment results and partner with Engineering to scale winning initiatives
  • Maintain a prioritized experimentation backlog and roadmap
  • Own tracking, attribution, and data integrity across all AquaTru partnership and referral sites, including affiliate, influencer, media, marketplace, and co-branded experiences.
  • Ensure accurate implementation, governance, and ongoing QA of cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and server-side tracking across Shopify, partner sites, and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with Engineering and Analytics to define and maintain attribution frameworks that accurately measure channel, partner, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor the impact of privacy regulations, consent frameworks, and browser changes on measurement accuracy, and proactively recommend tracking and attribution solutions.
  • Act as the primary business owner for ecommerce measurement accuracy, identifying data gaps, attribution issues, and discrepancies and driving cross-functional resolution.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative customer insights (reviews, surveys, behavioral data) to inform product decisions
  • Improve trust signals, content clarity, and persuasion across the ecommerce journey
  • Partner with Customer Experience and Marketing teams to close feedback loops and drive improvements
  • Define and optimize ecommerce merchandising strategies across both brands
  • Review and update product attributes in Shopify
  • Design, test, and optimize pricing, bundles, subscriptions, promotions, and offers
  • Support campaign-specific landing pages and on-site promotional experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate Shopify and MarTech apps from a growth, CRO, and measurement perspective
  • Partner with Engineering on implementation decisions and prioritization
  • Track and measure the business impact of growth tools and integrations
  • Partner closely with Engineering on delivery, experimentation enablement, and measurement
  • Work with Design on UX, UI, and persuasion improvements
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to align growth initiatives and attribution across both brands
