Requirements

A sharp eye for detail and a love for accuracy—nothing gets past you!
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed (we’re all in this together).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.
A true team player who’s ready to share equipment knowledge and pitch in wherever needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the hustle.
Great communication skills—because keeping everyone in the loop is key!

Responsibilities

Mastering our digital printing equipment like a pro! You’ll be setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly.
Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace because safety = success.
Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day (staying active!).
