We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Digital Fabric Printing Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating digital printers on large rolls of fabric, ensuring high-quality output while minimizing material waste. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital printing, textile production, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with operating machinery.
  • Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality.
  • Must Pass the HUE 100 test

Responsibilities

  • Operate digital fabric printers to produce high-resolution prints on large-format textile rolls.
  • Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments to ensure color accuracy and consistency.
  • Minimize material waste through careful planning, setup, and execution of print jobs.
  • Perform manual and machine-assisted tasks such as cutting, gluing, folding, perforating, and binding printed materials.
  • Assemble printed components into finished products according to specifications.
  • Maintain clean printing equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance and compliance with cleanroom standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with printing machinery.
  • Follow production schedules and update job status in tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
