Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.

Responsibilities

  • Operate multiple printers simultaneously, managing workflow efficiently to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure printing quality standards by sampling, viewing, and checking processed print jobs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, project coordinators, and management regarding customer requirements, deliveries, and production schedules.
  • Use ERP system to log time and materials, following department guidelines for Total Cost Management activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of printed jobs, tests, and checks via log book and/or computer documents.
  • Monitor inventory levels and organize pre-printed items in the warehouse and shelving units.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, using required PPE and following all safety rules and procedures.
  • Assist in equipment maintenance by reporting issues to appropriate service technicians.
  • Adapt to overtime or shift changes as needed to meet production demands.
  • Regular attendance and compliance with all Company policies, including maintaining a drug-free workplace, are essential functions of this position.
