About The Position

Digital Principal Advisor Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the enterprise AI/digital workforce readiness strategy. Co-create governance frameworks with IT leadership, aligning technology deployment with workforce preparation. Drive culture and behavior change, moving employees from passive compliance to confident, critical use of AI tools. Design role-specific learning pathways and integrate digital competencies into job architecture and talent processes. Activate digital champions across offices and partner with Communications to craft compelling narratives. Measure readiness and adoption through robust frameworks and reporting. What we are looking for… Proven experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or workforce strategy. Track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with AI/digital tools and their workforce implications. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Prosci or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred. Appropriate level will be determined based on experience and knowledge. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $168,000-193,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
