About The Position

We are seeking skilled Digital Press Operators to join our Digital Print Department. This role is responsible for operating large & small format digital presses, including Vanguard, HP Indigo, Xeikon and Konica Minolta equipment, to produce high-quality printed signs, decals, banners, and related products on a wide variety of paper and synthetic substrates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience operating digital printing equipment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work with production documentation and job tickets
• Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating Vanguard, HP Indigo, Xeikon, Konica Minolta or similar presses
• Background in POP printing environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience printing on rigid and flexible substrates
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with digital production systems

Responsibilities

• Operate digital presses in a safe, accurate, and productive manner
• Set up and run jobs to meet quality standards and production schedules
• Perform daily operator-level maintenance and press checks
• Load and unload various media and finished materials (up to 50 lbs.)
• Inspect printed output to ensure color, registration, and overall quality
• Complete required documentation related to time, materials, and quality control
• Move completed jobs to the next stage of production and maintain a clean, organized work area
