Versa-Tags is currently seeking a Press Operator to join our team! Shift: Monday-Friday Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm What is a Versa-Tags Digital Press Operator? As a Press Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team that works on our variety of Digital Printing Presses. From preparing the right materials, setting up and operating the press, to finalizing all of the finishing touches to prepare products for final inspection and shipment, you'll be the expert that knows the process inside and out. Our Digital Printing Department is on the cutting edge of printing capabilities and is ever-changing to adapt to the new technological age! What does your day look like? Work with a team that is devoted to professionalism and respect to create an unstoppable and positive environment that Ships Quality Products On Time, Every Time. Efficiently and accurately set up Digital presses to create a product that meets registration while using the correct guides, materials, and dies. Maintain quality and production standards for varying work performed in the Digital Department to ensure the products you help create are of the highest quality and made efficiently so they reach the customer on time. Use Time Clock and Epicor system to correctly log work performed. Work with your team and Supervisor to approve Digital jobs for color, adhesion, registration, imprint, materials, etc. Communicate clearly with your Supervisor to provide insight on daily numbers, schedule, and waste so that your department runs smoothly and effectively, while making sure to notify the team when supplies are low. Inspect all printed materials for accuracy and quality to determine if they meet the standards expected by the customer and by our team. Follow all safety requirements, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job functions related to working with inks or chemicals Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
