The Digital Platform & Segment Campaign Manager is responsible for the development and end to end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across assigned segments, with additional responsibility to promote and scale a key digital engagement platform as a channel for customer connectivity and business impact. The role drives technical storytelling, modern content formats, and broad digital reach to translate campaigns and platform promotion into actionable engagement and measurable outcomes.
