We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Performance Executive to drive new user acquisition for our market research panels across APAC. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience managing and optimizing affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Acquisition: Champion acquisition marketing across APAC, developing and executing strategies tailored to each market.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with senior leadership, local sales, analysts, and panel managers to align marketing with business goals.
  • Own Campaign Performance: Oversee paid marketing activities (search, social, affiliates, SEO, referral programs), optimizing for cost efficiency and user engagement.
  • Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand affiliate programs and direct partnerships, negotiating contracts and scaling new opportunities.
  • Manage Budgets: Own the acquisition marketing budget, forecast volumes, and track performance against targets.
  • Drive Creative Excellence: Collaborate with design teams to optimize landing pages, banners, emails, and other creative assets.
  • Champion Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking smarter, more efficient ways to drive results.
