Firebird is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist, reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across the company’s business units and those of partner record labels, management teams, and music publishers. This individual will be an integral member of the Digital Marketing team, providing operational support for the planning, execution, and analysis of digital campaigns across CRM, owned platforms, and paid media, in support of artist releases, tours, merchandise, and fan growth initiatives. The Digital Operations Specialist will help build scalable systems, manage first-party data, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth across the artist lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong operational instincts with a strategic mindset, is highly detail-oriented, and is comfortable working directly with artists, managers, and internal stakeholders. They are fluent in digital platforms, CRM tools, advertising platforms, and performance reporting, and can clearly communicate insights and results to partners.
