At the center of this experience is the Fanatics ONE Shop, a curated destination where loyalty value, premium product, and performance-driven merchandising meet. The Digital Merchandising Manager will own the day-to-day and strategic management of the Fanatics ONE Shop, spanning product planning, digital merchandising, UX optimization, and performance. Acting as product owner and account manager, this role partners closely with the third-party fulfillment vendor and collaborates across Loyalty, Brand, Product, GTM, and Analytics to deliver a best-in-class loyalty commerce experience. Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores.
