We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Manager to manage the end-to-end production and delivery of digital site merchandising projects. You will drive timely, high-quality digital experiences across platforms by leading project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication and content alignment with brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital site merchandising/project management or similar roles
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Quickbase, Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Planner)

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution Leadership: Guide digital merchandising and content initiatives from planning through launch, defining goals, setting priorities, and ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Workflow Management: Gather requirements, create actionable project plans, manage schedules, and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient execution across teams.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Align messaging and assets across digital platforms, facilitate decision-making, and resolve blockers to ensure cohesive, on-brand launches.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify and address risks proactively, uphold compliance and quality standards, and lead post-launch reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, set expectations, and deliver regular status updates to keep all parties informed.
  • Content Operations: Manage scheduling, publishing, and updating of digital content; coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure timely deployment and brand alignment.
