About The Position

About the Job: The Digital Merchandising Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of product launches, site promotions, and content updates across Pacsun.com. This role ensures product and promotional details are accurate, timelines are met, and site readiness tools are up to date. You will own the product onboarding process, manage product sets, and handle the upload of product videos and other content to PDPs. You will also maintain key trackers, support QA checks, and assist with routine setup in Salesforce. Working closely with teams across merchandising, planning, marketing, and IT, you will play an important part in keeping digital operations organized and running smoothly. What You’ll Do Promotions & Campaign Support Assist with the setup and QA of digital promotions and coupon codes in Salesforce Own day-to-day maintenance of promo calendars, checklists, and timelines Take the lead on recurring promo setups Implement on-site campaign elements (e.g., banners, promo messaging, countdown timers) Product Launch Readiness & PDP Support Own the product onboarding process, ensuring new styles are set up accurately Upload and maintain PDP content (e.g., product sets and product videos) Track and maintain launch readiness tools to keep product launches organized and on schedule Collaborate with buying, planning, and supply chain teams to align on timing and product status Reporting & Documentation Own and update weekly product sample trackers and “go-live” emails Maintain logs and documentation such as swatch lists, copy trackers, and product upload tools Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate regularly with merchandising, planning, marketing, and IT teams Serve as a point of contact for status updates on product launches and site readiness What It Takes to Join Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail merchandising, or site operations Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other CMS/eCommerce platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and able to manage and format large data sets A team player who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn Availability to support key moments like holiday weekends or major campaign launches How You Work You take ownership of your tasks and follow through without reminders You are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in getting things right You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly You bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to your work You are curious, resourceful, and always looking to grow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail merchandising, or site operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other CMS/eCommerce platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and able to manage and format large data sets
  • A team player who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
