About The Position

The Digital Media Strategist will support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and remarketing channels to help drive measurable hiring outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in digital advertising, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for analyzing performance and solving marketing challenges. This role will work closely with Senior Strategists, Customer Success teams, and Product stakeholders to bring multi-channel campaigns to life.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

  • Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools; experience with Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of pixels, tags, and conversion tracking.

  • Detail-oriented: able to catch the small things that others might miss.
  • Team player: comfortable taking directions, asking questions, and collaborating across disciplines.
  • Strategic Digital marketing knowledge and knowledge on various digital marketing products across Meta, Google, Microsoft, and CTV.
  • Results-driven: caring about the impact your work has on real business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B or recruitment marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruitment or HR technology is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools; experience with Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across SEM (Google, Bing), Social (Meta, LinkedIn), and display platforms.
  • Contribute to a multi-million dollar owned and operated Appcast products
  • Assist in the development of audience segmentation and remarketing strategies based on campaign goals and best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute insights to inform optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives. Make proactive recommendations to improve performance and digital marketing strategies.
  • Support creative briefing, UTM tagging, and QA processes to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure campaign data integrity.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates and emerging digital media trends; share learnings with the broader team.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation as part of a growing media function.
