About The Position

GMB is currently seeking a Digital Media Specialist (CRM & Analytics Focus) to fill a role on our Creative Marketing Agency team. The purpose of this role is to develop, manage and implement performance-driven digital media strategies and media buying execution across multiple client accounts, with the added goal of strengthening client CRM integration and reporting frameworks. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years digital media experience (5+ preferred)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio and SEM Rush
  • Experience integrating digital marketing data with CRM systems
  • Budget management experience
  • Multi-account management capability
  • Client-facing presentation skills
  • Understanding of CTV/OTT and emerging platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Higher education and enrollment marketing experience
  • Experience improving reporting standards across accounts

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategy and execution, along with SEO and GEO initiatives
  • Plan and optimize campaigns across search, social, display and emerging platforms
  • Connect paid media performance with CRM data
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking and lead attribution
  • Build dashboards and present performance insights and strategy to clients, including CRM reporting metrics
  • Plan and manage audience segmentation, channel mix, budget allocation and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with creative and web teams to guide messaging and landing page strategy
  • Oversee tracking implementation and CRM alignment
  • Drive measurable outcomes, including increased inquiries, improved CPL efficiency, and scalable pipeline growth aligned to client enrollment objectives.
  • Pitch and present digital marketing and media buying strategy and recommendations to clients and internal teams, with the ability to explain the strategy behind the plan
