Digital Media Producer

HavocAISan Diego, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Havoc is hiring a Digital Media Producer to capture and produce high-impact video and photo content that shows how our systems operate in the real world. You’ll document autonomous vessels, drones, and vehicles across sea, air, and land, along with the crew and teams behind them. Your focus will be creating compelling, high-quality photography and videography that showcase real operations—on the water, in the field, and during mission testing—and transforming that footage into clear, concise, and credible go-to-market content. This content must resonate with government and commercial customers—clearly showing how collaborative autonomous systems operate and what they can do in real-world conditions. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role that requires a high degree of ownership. You will own the full lifecycle of content creation: writing scripts, planning shoots, operating camera, directing on-site, and editing through final delivery. You will be expected to produce clear, high-quality content quickly—prioritizing speed, clarity, and accuracy over perfection. You’ll regularly work in dynamic, real-world environments—including open water and active field operations—so comfort working on fast-moving vessels in the open ocean is essential. You’ll be working alongside experienced operators, including former military and field personnel, in high-tempo environments. Professionalism, adaptability, and comfort in these settings are critical. You’ll also collaborate with external production partners across the U.S. and in Hawaii, helping coordinate and direct shoots and deliverables to ensure a consistent, high standard across all content. Videographers with documentary, journalism, or field production backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
