The ideal Digital & Media Planning Intern is curious and organized, eager to understand how media campaigns move from strategy to execution. You’re detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and excited to gain hands-on experience across digital activation and media planning. You collaborate well, ask smart questions, and take initiative in a fast-paced agency environment. A strong interest in digital marketing, media planning and buying, or healthcare marketing — and a desire to grow in media — is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Recent or upcoming May 2026 college graduates or rising seniors
  • Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the healthcare marketing industry

Responsibilities

  • Learn the full media campaign lifecycle—from planning kick-off through execution and reporting—while collaborating with digital, planning, and buying teams on integrated media strategies
  • Assist with media planning tasks including flowcharts, buy authorizations and insertion orders
  • Support the setup and QA of digital campaigns across paid social and programmatic
  • Learn how campaigns are tracked and measured through UTM creation, tagging, and performance reporting
  • Help monitor live campaigns and understand pacing, budgets, and performance metrics
