About The Position

Digital Media Intern – Summer 2026 Hybrid Are you a college student looking to gain valuable work experience? If so, come join Goodheart-Willcox Publisher! As a Digital Media Intern , you will assist the technology team in any way that facilitates the development of G-W digital products. This is a 12-week internship and will follow a hybrid schedule that will require a minimum of one day per week in the Tinley Park office. The compensation we offer for this position is $17.00 per hour. What you’ll do: Support the creation of proof of concepts to help determine product viability and functionality. Assist with quality control testing of digital products across various operating systems and browsers. Document and review user manuals for different stakeholders tailored to distinct user needs. Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to guide informed decisions in product development. Learn and utilize product management tools and software to assist in project documentation, communication, and reporting. Conduct research, analysis, and comparison of competitors’ digital products. What you’ll bring: Minimum 3.0 Major GPA. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills. Enthusiasm and hardworking attitude. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and PowerPoint. Some related experience or general office experience are a plus. Digital media and publishing programs are a plus.
