About The Position
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the strategy to drive revenue and engagement on the Truist.com website focusing on LightStream. You will own the planning and coordination of offers and messages within the unauthenticated website experience. Working with line of business LightStream marketing partners, you'll understand seasonality and promotional calendars and provide recommendations for placement opportunities throughout the website. You'll collaborate with content and design teams on the creation of digital marketing assets. You'll leverage data driven insights to create test & learn initiatives to improve performance and conversion. You'll educate internal partners on campaign results and drive a culture of measurement based on KPIs that drive revenue and engagement.
