Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data and campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts.
  • Design and execute email marketing and digital advertising campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation software to streamline marketing processes.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various digital channels and person-to-person outreach.
  • Create, update, and optimize website content to improve user experience and SEO performance.
  • Develop marketing tools to support brand strategy, including content for videos, posters, flyers, emails, and social media posts.
  • Support employer branding campaigns and internal communication, including content for monitors, videos, flyers, and posters.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with various departments to lead the creation and deployment of social content and campaigns.
  • Create and deploy an editorial calendar for web, social, email, and related communication.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to support internal programs.
