About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Email) at Spacesaver Corporation is responsible for driving customer engagement and website traffic through effective email marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with various teams to manage email campaigns, optimize user experiences, and generate leads through automation tools. The specialist will also analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience in deploying, developing, and optimizing email campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, campaign management, lead generation, and database marketing.

• Familiarity with various email marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and website traffic through email marketing.
• Manage email lists and contacts using CRM systems like Salesforce and Zoominfo.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Channel Development, and Sales Teams to generate leads.
• Lead email communication efforts for webinars, events, and initiatives.
• Develop content strategies for email campaigns in partnership with the Content Marketing Specialist.
• Create tailored communication strategies for different market audiences at various sales funnel stages.
• Optimize the end-user experience across major email clients.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance customer engagement and pipeline development.
• Set and measure KPIs for email campaigns, reporting on performance monthly.
• Utilize HTML knowledge to create email creatives and send to targeted lists.
• Assist in executing go-to-market strategies and cross-train team members on email campaign creation.
