About The Position
Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketer looking to make an impact? Illinois Heartland Library System (IHLS) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute our core digital marketing initiatives. This role is key in developing and managing email and social media campaigns, creating compelling content (video, social, email, web), and ensuring our brand is consistent across all platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the Communications & Advocacy Administrator to update our website, craft event marketing plans for conferences, and develop integrated communication strategies. This position requires frequent interaction with IHLS staff, staff from our member libraries, and other stakeholders, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. This is an exempt position with a starting salary ranging from $50,439 to $63,049.
