About The Position
The Montana Department of Corrections is the third largest agency in Montana state government, employing about 1,300 people. Clear and compelling communication related to the work performed by the department is critical to ensuring consistent, productive interactions with our internal and external audiences. The digital marketing specialist plays a pivotal role in this work by coordinating the development and effective delivery of print and digital content assets under the direction of the communications director. This includes, but is not limited to, the DOC's social media accounts, websites, and print collateral. The individual in this position must possess excellent communication skills; demonstrate strong attention to detail; be deadline focused; be a self-starter; and able to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
