About The Position

Mixpanel’s global demand generation team is responsible for our global campaign strategy, pipeline generation across marketing channels, and collaborating with key partners. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing programs and help drive demand across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of digital marketing and demand generation and is eager to help scale global programs. The person in this role should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple digital tactics, including paid media, web, and third-party platforms.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Understanding of paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) and how they fit into a demand generation strategy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, or Salesforce).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to work with different teams and learn from experienced marketers.
  • A data-driven approach to marketing, with an interest in testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns, including ABM, paid search and social, email, landing pages, and third-party partnerships.
  • Support the optimization of digital campaigns to improve performance, working closely with the paid media team and agency partners.
  • Help monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage and update digital campaign assets, including landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations to track and measure campaign success, ensuring marketing efforts drive pipeline and signups.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and emerging tactics to contribute fresh ideas to campaign planning.
