Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web development, communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content, and problem-solving issues on websites.
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, data interpretation).
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creativity and ability to brainstorm new strategies.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple requests and projects.
- Strong written communication skills and a good eye for brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and website strategies aligned with business goals (SEO, SEM, email, content, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.).
- Create engaging content, develop search words, and optimize for SEO.
- Monitor, measure, and report weekly on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI), optimizing spending and strategy based on insights.
- Monitor, measure, and report bi-weekly on analytics for each website.
- Work with design, sales, and content teams for brand consistency and lead generation.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and web trends and technologies.
- Monitor individual property websites and make updates to promotions and specials
- Assist the marketing team with Corporate Events
