Digital Marketing Specialist – Americas Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA Reports to: Senior Digital Marketing Manager Travel: 0% We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take our paid media efforts to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search and social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI for our Americas commercial team.   • Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Execute and refine paid social media strategies on Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Oversee YouTube influencer partnerships, including identifying and negotiating with influencers, managing ad placements, and measuring performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in paid social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit).
  • Experience working with YouTube influencers for advertising and brand partnerships a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
  • Proficiency with ad management platforms, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for influencer collaborations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Google AdWords certified preferred.
