About The Position

Snapscale is looking for a creative, execution-driven, and data-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help accelerate our growth. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing high-impact digital campaigns, optimizing our marketing funnel and website performance, and transforming insights into action. You will work hands-on with analytics, email marketing, and CRM automation, while also supporting paid advertising initiatives and brand collateral development. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proven experience in building, managing, and optimizing websites and marketing funnels
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for digital channels
  • Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or working with U.S.-based markets and understanding related marketing trends (preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and CRM platforms to support marketing and sales initiatives (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms and other digital marketing channels
  • Build, maintain, and continuously optimize marketing websites and conversion funnels to improve performance and user experience
  • Create pitch decks and website assets to support fundraising and investor-related initiatives
  • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, including basic bid optimization
  • Execute and support email marketing campaigns, including list management and CRM automation workflows
  • Monitor website performance and digital campaign metrics, prepare regular reports, and deliver actionable insights
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support brand positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Produce marketing collateral, including graphics, email templates, and other digital assets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality execution across all channels
  • Implement and maintain CRM automation to support marketing and sales workflows
