About The Position

EF Educational Tours (ET), EF Explore America (EA), and EF Tours for Girls (TFG)—divisions of EF—are seeking a driven, collaborative, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist that loves process, organization, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, execution and reporting of paid marketing campaigns that promote our various educational tours’ products. Every day, you’ll work with our media agency as well as teammates and stakeholders from around the organization to manage and execute our core customer awareness, engagement, retargeting, lead capture, and lead generation campaigns, ensuring that our paid digital, email, direct mail and other partnership efforts run as efficiently and as effectively as possible. The overall ET/EA Marketing and Creative team is made up of writers, designers, video editors, producers, photographers, web content developers, email and marketing automation, lead-generators, and more. We make anything the business needs and create whatever we can dream up. Customer-first and collaboration-forward, the Marketing Strategy team leverages our deep understanding of the customer and the business to drive the strategies and solutions that get more students and teachers exploring the world –– getting us closer to our goal of making travel-based learning essential.

Requirements

  • A results-driven, collaborative digital marketer with 3–5 years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel direct response campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media platforms, including: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok. Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display), Bing, Pinterest
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with experience evaluating campaign performance, audience behavior, creative effectiveness, and CPA targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Able to think strategically while executing tactically
  • A strong collaborator who partners effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and external agencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Meta and/or Google Ads certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Strategists, Specialists, and Creative teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, direct mail, paid media, web, and more
  • Play an active role in briefing the media agency on upcoming campaigns with objectives and campaign details clearly defined. Own day-to-day campaign execution, including trafficking assets across platforms and channels
  • In partnership with the media agency, QA all campaign assets (creative, copy, targeting, URLs, tracking) and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Manage and track timelines for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
  • Collaborate closely with external media agency to coordinate execution, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital channels, including web traffic, paid media, email, leads, and conversions and work alongside media agency for ongoing optimizations
  • Translate performance data into insights by identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve engagement and efficiency
  • Research market, audience, and industry trends to generate ideas that inform creative development and campaign strategy
  • Proactively share insights and best practices with internal partners to support performance goals and experimentation

  • Compensation range for this role is $70,000-$80,000, based on experience.
