About The Position

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of Ludicrum’s exposure and brand recognition campaigns through strategic media buying and performance-driven partnerships. You’ll join our Acquisition team, working closely with internal marketing stakeholders and external media partners to launch high-impact banner, video, and direct advertising campaigns across multiple channels, helping us expand our reach, acquire new players, and strengthen our brand presence globally. This role focuses on paid exposure channels outside of social media.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing exposure or media buying campaigns, including strong knowledge of advertising networks and performance-driven digital marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, ideally within South East Asia markets
  • Ability to collaborate with designers and teams to create effective advertising creatives and aligned marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and campaign execution accuracy
  • High organizational skills, integrity, and professionalism, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute exposure strategies through paid digital media placements, ensuring strong brand recognition and player acquisition
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay up-to-date with emerging advertising channels and media trends
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with exposure partners, ad networks, and media vendors
  • Communicate independently with current and potential partners while negotiating contracts, placements, and pricing for optimal ROI
  • Launch and manage banner and video advertising campaigns across multiple platforms beyond social media
  • Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve campaign performance to maximize impact and efficiency
  • Measure campaign success, analyze results from active and past initiatives, and guide future strategy
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize budgets while creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
