G/FORE is seeking a motivated and curious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic E-Commerce team in RTP. This role supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist will partner closely with internal teams, agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, manage marketing operations, and ensure programs are executed efficiently and accurately across digital channels. This role requires strong organization, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and collaboration across teams.

  • Maintains a high level of accuracy when managing campaign assets, reviewing creative, and coordinating deliverables across teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Comfortable working with marketing performance data and identifying insights that inform decision-making
  • Builds productive working relationships across teams and communicates clearly with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking thoughtful questions and seeking to understand how digital marketing programs operate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising or a related field
  • Experience supporting digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations
  • Exposure to digital marketing channels such as paid media, email marketing, or affiliate marketing, with a basic understanding of performance metrics used to evaluate campaign success (e.g., conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, engagement metrics)
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, or BI tools

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate creative assets and campaign materials across internal teams and agency partners, ensuring files, copy, and landing page details are organized and delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure digital initiatives launch on schedule and align with business priorities
  • Conduct pre-launch QA across digital campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency of creative assets, links, tracking, and landing pages prior to activation
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including go-to-marketing planning, audience targeting, and campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Site Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Demand Planning, and Site Operations to ensure campaigns create an exceptional customer experience while aligning with brand storytelling and business objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and surface insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization
  • Assist in reviewing campaign results with agency partners to identify areas for improvement and test new strategies
  • Support ongoing testing initiatives across marketing programs to improve engagement, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting by compiling key metrics and summarizing insights to inform business decisions
  • Support seasonal campaign planning and digital marketing initiatives by helping organize timelines, documentation, and project workflows
