About Us: At Echelon Risk + Cyber, we defend the basic rights to security and privacy. We partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to build disciplined, execution-driven cybersecurity and compliance programs. Our digital presence is a critical part of how we go to market . It is often the first impression of our brand, our expertise , and our standards. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us elevate and expand that presence. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, executes with precision, and continuously looks for ways to improve how we show up digitally. This role requires someone who can operate 10 steps ahead, not just keep pace.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google + LinkedIn)
  • Strong experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and performance tracking)
  • Experience owning and managing a website end-to-end
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush SEO + AI Tool , and Looker Studio
  • Experience supporting a B2B environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Website Ownership & Digital Experience
  • Own all website updates across pages, modules, and content
  • Upload and publish articles and digital content
  • Partner with third-party developers on enhancements and new modules
  • Ensure strong UX/UI across the entire website experience
  • Make updates directly using HTML/CSS when needed
  • Continuously improve site structure, performance, and usability
  • This is a true ownership function. The website should not stall, break, or fall behind
  • Paid Media Execution (Google + LinkedIn)
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google (Search/Display) and LinkedIn Ads
  • Monitor performance, budget pacing, and results
  • Audience research and segmentation ( keyword and intent base / saved and matched audiences )
  • Continuously test and improve campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI
  • You are expected to own execution and optimization, not just assist
  • SEO (Strategy + Execution)
  • Lead execution of SEO initiatives across technical, on-page, and content alignment
  • Conduct keyword research and implement optimizations
  • Improve rankings, traffic, and site performance
  • Continuously refine and adapt SEO strategy based on performance
  • You should be able to clearly articulate what is working, what is not, and why
  • AI Visibility & Digital Evolution
  • Ensure content and website are optimized for AI-driven search and discovery
  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility across evolving AI platforms using SEMrush AI Tool
  • Execute on initiatives that enhance how we show up in modern search environments
  • Report on performance, insights, and opportunities
  • We expect you to think about how digital presence is changing and adapt ahead of it
  • Digital Content Ownership
  • Own publishing and management of digital content across the website
  • Own repurposing strategy, analyze long-form assets and unfold them into LinkedIn native posts, plan quarter ly calendar, coordinate design er and social media inter ns for publishing
  • Ensure alignment between content, campaigns, and distribution
  • Event & Campaign Support (Cross-functional)
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on: Event and webinar landing pages (embedded contact forms, and email automations )
  • Campaign execution and alignment
  • Ensure all digital assets are accurate , live, and functioning properly
  • Reporting & Performance Insight
  • Track and analyze performance across: Google Analytics SEMrush Google Search Console Looker Studio
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • You should be able to communicate performance clearly to both marketing and leadership
