The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the digital team to develop and execute new campaign creative, optimize campaigns, and support other digital advertising and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous marketing experience is ideal; candidates with internships or demonstrated college experience will also be considered
• Strong knowledge of all social media platforms, preferably with knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills
• Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Video editing technology, and other tools as needed
• Passion for creative thinking, with knowledge and awareness of effective marketing collateral and strong copywriting skills
• Strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and drive to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Buying at the national, regional and club levels, continuously measuring and optimizing campaigns
• Create relevant, high-quality content and copy for digital advertising initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Communicate regularly with clubs and regional teams to provide effective marketing support that drives results
• Manage and coordinate project timelines with aggressive deadlines
