About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media and Analytics support paid media performance, marketing analytics, and campaign optimization across a national portfolio of marina, boating, and hospitality brands. This role works closely with the Director of Digital to help manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, analyze marketing performance data, and support digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Success in this role requires analytical and detail-oriented skillsets as well as comfortability working with advertising platforms, marketing data, and digital marketing tools. While this role has exposure in multiple areas of digital marketing, the primary focus is paid media performance, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics, while supporting broader digital initiatives to include reporting, conversion tracking, and occasional website updates.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a similar field or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • Must have at least two (2)+ years of experience in a marketing forward role focused in ad campaigns
  • Must have intermediate experience working with Google Ads campaigns
  • Must have strong analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Must have a working proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work comfortably with marketing data, analytics platforms, and performance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Support and Optimization
  • Support the development and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across the Suntex Marinas portfolio
  • Assist with Performance Max (PMAX) campaign setup and optimization, including creative asset management, audience signals, and performance analysis
  • Assist the Regional Marketing Managers with Meta Ads performance analysis, optimization recommendations, and reporting
  • Marketing Data and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Use Excel and analytics tools to organize, analyze, and report marketing performance data
  • Conversion Tracking and Analytics
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of Google Tag Manager
  • Support deployment of tracking scripts for advertising and analytics platforms
  • Website Support and Updates
  • Assist with updates to website using WordPress
  • Assist with on-page SEO improvements such as metadata and content updates
  • Listings and Local Visibility
  • Support the optimization of marina listings across platforms such as Google Business Profiles and Yext
  • Cross-Platform Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support digital marketing initiatives across websites, social media, and advertising channels
  • troubleshooting, and implementation of new marketing tools and technologies
  • All other duties as assigned
