About The Position

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation and oversee all online marketing channels to ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent via education and/or experience
  • 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related role, such as digital marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, or social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Oracle Sales Cloud & Eloqua)
  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms, website management and content strategy
  • Demonstrated analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
  • Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
  • Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 10%, sometimes with limited notice

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Oracle Sales Cloud)
  • Experience with Social Media Management Platforms (e.g. Hootsuite)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels in coordination with marketing and the business units
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing initiatives to improve organic search rankings
  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness and identify content optimization
  • Create compelling digital content in collaboration with marketing managers and external agencies
  • Drive a cohesive approach to updating the global and regional website in collaboration with international business marketing teams
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR etc.)
  • Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager
  • Give manager best advice
  • Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified
  • Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager
