About The Position

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Scotts Miracle-Gro supporting Bonnie Plants, you will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing our digital strategy across multiple owned channels. You will have the exciting opportunity to be a decision-maker, steering key initiatives and driving impactful results. In this dynamic role, you will lead our social media, influencer, email and website strategies, create engaging content, and execute direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives.

• Technical Proficiency - proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Meltwater, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Bazaarvoice and Shopify
• Consumer first mindset - deep understanding of the consumer and their preferences across channels
• Positive Attitude - energetic and enthusiastic approach to work and problem-solving
• Curiosity & Willingness to Learn - continuous learner who stays up to date with industry trends
• Willing to Travel - potential to travel to visit different retail locations, Bonnie sites, and relevant meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies for the digital consumer in the email, influencer, site and social channels
• Plan content and lead agencies to support the strategies developed
• Launch new & exciting campaigns in the digital space while working closely with the sales and marketing teams to create an omni channel journey
• Work closely with ecommerce operations to understand product availability and enhancements
