Responsibilities

• Post and schedule content on social media
• Respond to messages, comments, and questions from potential customers
• Follow up with online leads by phone, CRM, email, and Facebook Messenger
• Enter and update customer information in the system
• Track basic results like clicks, messages, conversion rates and leads
• Work with the sales team to help turn leads into appointments or sales
• Help improve ads and messages based on what works best
• Assist with general store tasks when needed
