About The Position

This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive participant growth and engagement. The Digital Marketing Producer will manage multi-channel campaigns across search, display, video, and social media, while leveraging marketing automation to generate leads and enhance conversion. This position requires a highly organized and creative professional who can collaborate with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and analyze performance data to inform strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Marketo or equivalent, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI) preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and flexible with a high-energy approach to work.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven, international, and fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with stakeholders and the marketing team.
  • Plan, produce, and optimize campaigns across search, display, video, social media, and marketing automation channels to drive participant growth.
  • Monitor performance of digital campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation and web teams to optimize lead scoring, content strategy, and user engagement across digital platforms.
  • Support the creation and curation of digital content, including blogs, social media, web, and user-generated materials.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
